T1401 Single and Multi-Agency Team Development
Uses a wide range of questionnaires to analyse team strengths and weaknesses and assess what the team needs to do in order to become successful. We create a series of tailored exercises which managers and team members can undertake to strengthen their teamwork. The programme concludes with the development of a team/partnership action plan. We produce an evaluation report and establish the progress review process.
T1402 Leadership, Management and Supervision in Social Care
Develops managers who have a clear sense of direction but who are also highly supportive of their staff. Questionnaires are used to assess personal strengths and weaknesses (none of us are perfect!) We use tailored exercises designed to build on strengths and improve areas of weakness plus a range of management models to develop skills and strategies.
T1403 Successful Management of Change in the Public Sector
Shows managers and team members how to manage change positively. We use questionnaires to analyse the impact of change and then explore different models of change management. We assist in the development of a clear action plan, produce an evaluation report and review progress.
T1404 Coaching and Mentoring
We support managers and team members in assessing their performance and in developing further their skills and knowledge. Our objective is to increase confidence and self-esteem and remove barriers to the achievement of goals. Our programme content is tailored to the needs of the individual.
