- To meet their specific needs and personal outcomes

This Self-Directed Support e-learning programme aims to provide all Health, Care Management and Voluntary sector staff with:
- An understanding of the benefits of Personalisation and Self Directed Support so that they can help Service Users or Patients to gain access to their own funding
- Guidance about how Individualised Budgets (Personalised Budgets) are arranged, allocated, planned, supported, funded and audited
- Information about how the Transformation agenda in Social and Health Care is being developed
