Safeguarding Leadership Aims
Safeguarding children and adults at risk is everyone’s business and the importance of strong, positive leadership is vital. Leaders and Senior Managers of organisations, as well as Managers supporting practitioners at the frontline of services for children or adults at risk should:
- Understand what is required of their agency and their employees
- Satisfy themselves that they are fully able to protect children and adults at risk

Safeguarding Leadership e-learning is designed to help Supervisors, Frontline and Senior Managers in Children’s and Adult Services, Health, Education, the Police, Private, Voluntary and Independent sectors to:
