M1001 The Leadership Experience
Helps participants identify and internalise their sense of leadership purpose and self-image, with an understanding of the behaviours required to be effective within any situation. 1:1 coaching is a key feature of the programme, with on–going reviews of the application of their learning at work. The programme requires some pre-work, and is usually spread over a 3 to 6 month period.
M1002 Leadership and Management
Participants address the differences between what makes for a successful leader and manager. Covers a broad range of topics from empowerment through influencing skills, emotional intelligence and teamworking. Uses action plans based around back-at-work issues. The programme requires some pre-work and usually comprises at least 2 modules with up to 2 months in between to apply the learning.
M1003 Unleashing Creativity
Participants are introduced to a range of tools and techniques that allow them to work either individually or in teams in a very creative and ‘out of the box’ way. The techniques are applied to real back-at-work issues as well as ‘on-the-job’ aide-memoires. This workshop can be carried out in 1 day.
M1004 Managing Change
Specific tools and techniques are used to provide an effective approach to the management of change, in terms of both ‘moving from A to B’ as well as the skills required to gain buy-in to change. Develops pro-active and assumption-busting attitudes that embrace the opportunities that change represents. Managing Change programmes can make a big difference in a 2 to 3 day workshop, participants taking highly developed change projects back-to-work as an outcome.
M1005 Creative Teamworking
Participants learn the essential tools and techniques required to develop a truly collaborative, creative and purposeful team culture with a focus on success and learning. Tools are introduced to get team buy-in and commitment to tasks, and supportive and learning techniques form an important part of the experience. Creative Teamworking can be delivered over a 1 or 2 day period depending upon requirements.
M1006 Investors in People
Specific learning programmes covering almost all aspects of the requirements coming from IiP evaluations can be provided to help secure or maintain IiP accreditation. We have helped both governmental and private organisations in this area.
