Sir Mark was confident that Mike would be able to hone his skills and pointed him to the Leadership Experience Programme from kwango ltd.
This is a mixture of coaching, workshop and on-the-job practice, blended with e-learning on specific topics.

The Programme is spread over up to a 6 month period and helps leaders and managers develop expertise in making the most of the talent within their department and/or organisation.
The Programme is split into various sections with guidance to help the participant visualise how he or she wants to develop, and starts with the setting of some overall aims for the leader/manager.
E-learning courses with content tailored to the needs of the organisation or individual are delivered as required as part of the Programme to further address any of the development issues identified.
