Diversity Challenge! is an e-learning course for anyone promoting Equality and Diversity in the workplace.

The full course provides an overview of the legislation underpinning equality and diversity and looks at discrimination in the context of each of the six strands of diversity.

• The Business Case for Diversity
• Managing Diversity
• Action Points

The course is designed to be accessible to learners with a variety of physical impairments and includes:

• Customisable background colours, font colours and font sizes
• Built-in screen magnifier
• Structured to link to screen readers
• Mouse or keyboard only operation
• Built-in audio controls
• Accessible learning interactions

In this sample of the course you can view one of the menu topics and see how information is presented. Games-based learning interactions are used to engage the learner and provide guidance and feedback.

The full course also includes a quiz to test knowledge. Progress and results may be linked to a Learning Management System and/or a certificate printed out for Continuing Professional Development, (CPD), purposes.
